Marketing that Sells Properties

The marketing of each property is handled in-house. Ari's office is personally responsible for generating full color brochures, photography, designing full-page newspaper advertisements, magazine spreads, press releases announcing new properties and more. Last minute changes and updates can usually be handled on a moments notice.

From the Sale to the Closing

"Sold" properties are handled by Ari's full-time closing coordinator. At this point in a transaction every detail is so important. The agreed upon contract is adhered to in every aspect. Inspections are scheduled for properties including sea walls, termite, swimming pools, roofs and more. Repairs, if any, are coordinated with the seller and a list of handymen is provided for minor repairs. Appraisers are met and mortgages are followed through with loan officers until final loan commitment is made. Additional escrow deposits are tracked and checks are processed for closing. Assistance with all types of insurance policies are arranged as well as phone numbers for utilities, postal change of address, automobile registration, drivers license and school board.

Showing The Property

All properties listed for sale are shown by appointment for the convenience of our seller's. Ari shows the majority of properties personally. His professionalism and first-hand knowledge of the waterfront and luxury communities captures the attention of the prospective buyers and their inquiries are efficiently and satisfactorily answered. Other properties are scheduled for viewing through Ari's showing coordinator. The availability for showing a property is a very important factor. With Ari's full-time showing coordinator, last minute showings are made possible.
