Broker opens specialized realty office
by Andrew
R. Doctor- Staff Writer An
award winning Boca Raton Real Estate broker has opened his own office. Mizner
Grande Realty, specializing in prestige homes on the waterfront and in gated
country club communities. Ari Albinder has earned a reputation
for putting buyers in good situations and getting top dollar for sellers - and
being among the top producers in Florida for the last seven years. Albinder
said moving away from the Arvida Realty Services corporate umbrella to start his
own company will enable him to "provide the highest level of specialized
professional services. With experienced realtors in a small central office, our
marketing capabilities and negotiating skills will facilitate transactions on
$500,00 to $3-million homes from Lighthouse Point to Manalapan."
High-end real estate "is a very personalized business," Albinder explained.
"People who want to buy or sell an outstanding home require and deserve the
highest level of assistance. They want to deal directly with experienced brokers
to obtain the most professional marketing and negotiating skills on their behalf.
Our office is dedicated to providing this." At 31, Albinder already
has produced more sales than many brokers do in a lifetime. With nearly all of
his business coming from referrals, he marked $26 million in sales last year alone
and earned top accolades from senior Arvida management after appearing on a company
"super-star" panel late last month in West Palm Beach. The
new company's office has it's own building at the intersection of Spanish River
Boulevard and Dixie Highway in Boca Raton. Albinder said he chose the location
for its convenience and visibility. Its interior ambiance reflects the quality
of residences offered there. A comfortable lounge with a large fish tank is encountered
upon entering, not a receptionist in a small space, and clients are led to one
of nine private offices or the conference room. "We're always there
for our clients." Said Albinder, noting that someone will answer the main
telephone number at all times. There is no voicemail, and company advertisements
even list a cell phone number. In addition to e-mail, clients can take a virtual
tour of listed properties on the firm's web site. Mizner Grande Realty
specializes in residences and vacant lots on the waterfront and in gated country-club
communities. In South County, the latter include Seasons, Mizner's Preserve, Grand
Orchid Estates, The Preserve, Mizner Country Club, Addison Reserve, Broken Sound
and Woodfield Country Club. "I believe that people want to work
with someone who is honest and knowledgeable and has their best interest at heart,"
Albinder said. "That's my job, and I love it. I have to know what I'm selling.
In addition, I believe you must be willing to go the extra mile for your clients.
I feel a sense of accomplishment when I can bring everything together for my clients
so they can find the right home and lifestyle." "When past
clients refer me, I know that I did my job the way I was supposed to, and that
is what it is all about. I've carved a niche for myself along the waterfront because
it's what I know and what I love. I can appreciate all the details that go into
buying or selling a residence on the water." Initial listings include
a $3,495,000 six-bedroom home on a rare point lot on the Intra-coastal Waterway,
located within the Lake Rogers subdivision in Boca Raton. At 7,647 square feet
on two floors, the residence has 166 feet of deepwater frontage with views of
the Intra-coastal and Spanish River Park. A new deepwater estate home with 90
feet on the Boca Raton waterfront is being offered at $1,599,000. The five-bedroom
home total 4,911 square feet and has a dock for a large boat, along with a resort-style
pool and spa. Another new home within walking distance to the beach has a long
list of luxury amenities and is listed at $1,295,000.
